What You’ll Do
- Help clients prepare for employment
- Support resumes, applications, interviews, and job readiness
- Coach workplace skills like punctuality, communication, task completion, and problem-solving
- Support clients in community and work settings
- Communicate with employers, families, and the team when appropriate
- Document progress and outcomes

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass an extensive state and federal background check
- Willingness to complete required training
- Experience in disability services, coaching, employment support, education, case management, or leadership preferred
Pay & Benefits
- $23.00–$26.00/hour based on experience, reliability, and performance
