Jennifer Conoryea's American Family agency is hiring an experienced, licensed Outbound Sales Representative in Eagan, MN. This role is for a proven insurance salesperson who can step in and produce from day one, backed by an established agency and a team that keeps you selling.
Responsibilities
- Present multi-line insurance products tailored to each customer’s needs and goals
- Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process
- Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in the agency system
- Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals
- Participate in ongoing product and sales training
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Prior insurance sales experience required
- Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication
- Self-motivated and comfortable with consistent outreach and follow-up
- Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude

Pay range: $65,000-$90,000 per year
