As our Sales Professional, you'll be the driving force behind new business opportunities for both our digital marketing services and IT solutions. You'll work as a trusted advisor to business owners, executives, and decision-makers, guiding them through the evaluation and sales process while building lasting relationships that extend well beyond the close.
Here's the exciting part: Whether you come from a digital marketing background, IT sales, or neither, we'll train you. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, strong sales instincts, and a genuine desire to help clients succeed. We'll equip you with everything you need to confidently sell both service lines.
This position supports a global client base primarily through virtual selling, with occasional travel for conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
What You'll Do
Drive Growth & Build Relationships
Generate and pursue new business opportunities across digital marketing services (websites, campaigns, lead generation, ongoing marketing programs) and IT solutions (managed services, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and support)
Conduct virtual sales meetings, discovery calls, and strategy sessions that uncover client needs and goals
Deliver compelling service demonstrations and presentations via video conferencing
Lead coaching conversations and create educational content that helps prospects understand how our solutions solve their challenges
Be a Trusted Advisor
Identify marketing challenges, technology pain points, and growth opportunities
Recommend the right mix of solutions, whether digital marketing, IT, or both, based on what each client truly needs
Communicate customer feedback, insights, and market trends to leadership and service delivery teams
Guide prospects through every stage of the sales journey with professionalism and care
Manage the Details
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and activity records in CRM
Prepare proposals and quotes that are clear, accurate, and timely
Build ongoing relationships that support retention and growth opportunities
Participate in training to stay sharp on services, tools, and industry best practices

Sales experience - You've successfully sold before, ideally in professional services, B2B, or solution-based environments

Salary Range:
$45,600 - $60,000 base + generous comissions
