Edible Arrangements in Columbia, SC is hiring a Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations, manage staff, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with experience in retail management, store operations, team leadership, or customer service, who is looking to take ownership of a business and help grow it locally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations in alignment with Edible Arrangements brand standards and procedures
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain a strong team to support daily operations and seasonal/holiday demand
- Deliver excellent customer service, including order management, phone support, and issue resolution
- Oversee cash handling, deposits, and financial accountability
- Manage inventory control, including fresh product, supplies, and cost management
- Drive sales growth through local marketing, community outreach, and customer engagement
- Maintain consistent store hours and ensure team accountability
- Communicate regularly with ownership and operations leadership
Qualifications:
- Experience in retail management, store manager, assistant manager, or team lead roles preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Experience with customer service, team leadership, and staff management
Compensation & Perks:
- $16–$18 per hour (based on experience)
