We are currently hiring 3–5 Entry-Level Roofing Sales Representatives for our Alabama market.
This is a high-income, commission-only opportunity with full training, strong operational support, and a clear path to leadership within a rapidly scaling company.
Position Summary
As a Roofing Sales Representative—Damage Inspector (Entry Level), you will be trained to:
- Inspect residential properties for storm damage
- Guide homeowners through the insurance and restoration process
- Generate and manage your own leads
- Close contracts and oversee projects from inspection through completion
No prior roofing or sales experience is required.
We provide structured training and hands-on field support so you can become fully proficient quickly.

Responsibilities
- Inspect and document residential roofs for hail, wind, and storm damage
- Meet face-to-face with homeowners to explain repairs and insurance claims
- Generate leads through door-to-door, networking, and referrals
- Measure homes and create estimates using company tools
- Close contracts and manage projects through completion
- Represent B&A Roofing with professionalism and integrity
What We’re Looking For
- No roofing or sales experience required — full training provided
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners and working face-to-face
- Willing to generate leads and build your own pipeline
- Physically able to climb ladders and access roofs safely
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Smartphone capable of photos, communication, and apps
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and coachable
