What You’ll Do:
- Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and networking
- Perform roof and exterior inspections for storm damage
- Educate homeowners on the insurance claims process
- Assist homeowners in filing insurance claims when damage is present
- Meet with insurance adjusters during inspections when needed
- Present repair/replacement solutions to homeowners
- Manage your sales pipeline and follow up with prospects
- Maintain excellent customer communication throughout the project
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods
- Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs (training provided)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Sales experience preferred but not required (training provided)
