We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer focused Front Desk Representative to join our team at the Home2 Suites by Hilton! As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing exceptional service. Expected Hours: 32-40
Available Shifts: Morning, Evenings, occasional mid-shifts
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Open availability and weekends required
What You’ll Do:
- Manage hotel front desk responsibilities which includes answering phones, guest check-in and check-out, billing and payment collection, and fulfilling guest requests
- Keep a clean and organize space, including lobby, front desk and back office
- Communicate and collaborate with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Address and resolve guest issues and complaints independently
- Help increase Hilton Honors enrollments
- Regularly familiarize yourself with inventory of guest rooms
- Respond calmly and efficiently to guest needs or unexpected situations
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and stay productive
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable using computers and hotel management systems (PEP)
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Previous hotel front desk experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work multiple shifts - morning, evening and occasional mid-shifts
