Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year

Oversee, manage, and mentor field staff across all phases of the project.
Develop and manage site logistics plans and construction schedules with regular updates.
Coordinate all trade partners, including scheduling and full scope of work management.
Lead and enforce safety standards and ensure quality control on site.
Requirements
10+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience, including $20M+ projects.
OSHA certification and the ability to read and interpret technical specs and architectural drawings.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, BlueBeam, and scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, Phoenix).
Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM).
