Duties & Responsibilities
Work up and room patients, assist providers with all aspects of direct pediatric patient care, including injections, point of care labs, and telephone nursing.
Ensure patients and patient care areas are prepared for examinations and office procedures.
Triage patient calls and route/handle appropriately.
Process lab, radiology, and referral requests per physician orders.
