Assistant Maintenance / Central Supply
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Central Supply Technician to manage medical and operational supplies, support clinical teams, and ensure residents receive the highest quality of care. As an Assistant Maintenance / Central Supply, you will be responsible for maintaining par levels of supplies and equipment, tracking inventory, and preparing purchase orders. Responsibilities:
- Maintain par levels of supplies and equipment across units
- Receive, inspect, store, and distribute supplies according to facility protocols
- Track inventory, prepare purchase orders, invoices, and documentation
- Organize and maintain storage areas to ensure efficiency and safety
- Assist with equipment maintenance and identify defective items
- Deliver emergency supplies to units as needed
- Support staff training and ensure adherence to safety and infection control standards
- Participate in audits, surveys, and other compliance activities

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in healthcare supply or inventory management preferred
- Basic computer skills for tracking and ordering
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
