Walker Family Veterinary Hospital is a growing, family-owned veterinary practice dedicated to providing exceptional care for pets and outstanding service for their people. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team.
As the first voice and face our clients encounter, you play a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for every client and patient who walks through our doors.
Position Details
- Full-Time Position
- Four-day work week (approximately 36 hours/week)
- No weekends or holidays
- Competitive pay based on experience

Responsibilities
- Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer multi-line phones and assist clients with scheduling appointments
- Check patients in and out efficiently
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Respond to client questions via phone, text, email, and online communication platforms
- Assist with prescription refill requests and online pharmacy inquiries
- Coordinate patient records and client information within our electronic medical record system
- Support the veterinary team by ensuring smooth daily operations
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Veterinary or medical office experience is a plus but not required
