Schedule: 2 vacancies for Sunday-Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm and 1 vacancy for Tuesday-Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay rate: $24.00/ hour
Spectrum Health Systems, Inc. operates a Clinical Stabilization Services program in Westborough, MA for adults. Clinical stabilization services serve an important role in Spectrum's treatment continuum, providing short-term residential treatment, stabilization, and comprehensive discharge planning for clients who either do not qualify for medically monitored detoxification or have already completed detox.

The Counselor is responsible for:
-
Providing documented individual and group clinical services and case management to clients with mental health, substance abuse, or dual diagnosis problems.

Performing intake assessments and completes all associated documentation within required time frames.

Providing quality clinical services and case management to assigned clients in accordance with Spectrum’s clinical design and in compliance with all licensing, accreditation, and regulatory bodies.

Developing, implementing, and revising individual treatment plans for assigned clients in established time frames with the participation of the client.

Demonstrating a satisfactory level of interpersonal skills to interact with clients, staff, families, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
Qualifications:

A minimum of a high school diploma/GED required.
- Bachelors degree, LADC II or CADAC certification preferred

Minimum of one-year supervised counseling experience in the substance abuse treatment or closely related field required

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Must have basic ability in use of computers sufficient to utilize electronic health records
