Common Craft is looking for experienced, energetic bartenders and servers to join our growing team in South Boston.
We’re seeking hospitality professionals who are friendly, dependable, confident in a fast-paced environment, and genuinely enjoy creating a great guest experience. Ideal candidates will have strong food and beverage knowledge, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous high-volume restaurant or bar experience
- Strong communication and hospitality skills
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Bartenders should have solid cocktail, beer, wine, and spirits knowledge
- Servers should be comfortable guiding guests through food and beverage selections
