We are looking for individuals with a flexible schedule since we are open everyday of the week. We do ask that all employees commit to working at least every other weekend to be fair for everyone.
At the moment, we are looking for both part-time and full-time Baristas. We also will have some weeks where if there are more hours due to staff time off, it is possible to have more days if desired.
We are looking for those that can work on Saturdays AND Sundays. Not all, but typically every other weekend. We are looking for a long-term candidate for this position, not a seasonal one.
Hours of operation for our pre-security location are 4 AM - 10 PM everyday of the week.
Hours of operations for our post-security location are 4 AM - 8 PM everyday of the week.
Baristas are required to work at both locations.
Having a year of Barista and/or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Taking orders at the register
- Preparing drinks and ready-to-go food for customers.
- Making syrups, drink recipes, and more
- Taking purchased products outside to curbside service customers
- Cleaning
- Stocking
- Washing Dishes
- Point of Sale System
- Ensure proper sanitation procedures
- Provide and exceptional experience for customers through interaction and meeting expectations
- Understand and maintain operational policies and procedures
- Ensure that experience standards and operational systems are executed properly
- Have a full understanding of all products sold
- Lifting more than 25lbs
