- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols related to medication handling, storage, and disposal in accordance with healthcare regulations
- Provide excellent patient service by answering medication-related questions and coordinating with healthcare providers for optimal patient care
- Maintain thorough knowledge of medical terminology
Experience
- Prior pharmacy technician experience in retail is essential, with a focus on critical care settings preferred
- Experience working with patients directly to support their medication needs and ensure proper medication use
- Proven ability to handle pharmacy inventory management efficiently while adhering to safety standards
