All Minds Matter Outpatient Mental Health Clinic is a family-founded practice committed to delivering culturally competent and compassionate care to children, families, and adults in the community. Established by first-generation Howard University alumni with family roots in The Gambia and Eritrea, our mission is to bridge clinical expertise with cultural understanding.
In addition to our outpatient therapy services, we operate a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) designed to provide holistic support, helping clients build life skills and achieve stability. Our clinic is growing rapidly, and we are looking for dedicated, passionate clinicians to join our team.
Position Overview
We are seeking licensed therapists (LCSW-C, LCPC, LMSW) to provide outpatient mental health therapy to a diverse client population. Bilingual therapists, particularly Spanish-speaking, are strongly encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will be committed to empowering individuals and families, integrating evidence-based practices, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with Medicaid and state regulations.
- Collaborate with case managers, PRP staff, and community partners to ensure continuity of care.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and supervision (for LMSWs).
- Uphold professional standards and ethical practices in alignment with state licensing requirements.
Qualifications
- Required Licensure: LCSW-C, LCPC, or LMSW (Maryland).
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults in mental health settings.
- Strong clinical judgment, cultural sensitivity, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Medicaid documentation and compliance standards preferred.
- LMSW candidates must be open to supervision.
