1. Court Monitor (Safety & Guest Service)The backbone of the park, responsible for keeping guests safe while providing a high-energy, friendly environment.
- Monitor Zones: Supervise specific trampoline courts, dodgeball areas, and ninja courses.
- Enforce Rules: Ensure jumpers follow park guidelines, weight limits, and age restrictions to prevent injuries.
- Guest Assistance: Help guests get properly fitted with grip socks, assist anyone who falls, and maintain a welcoming attitude.
2. Events Specialist / Party HostFocuses on making birthdays and group events seamless, fun, and memorable.
- Party Facilitation: Guide groups through their scheduled jump time, activities, and private party rooms.
- Setup & Cleanup: Ensure party areas are clean, decorated, and equipped with food and drinks prior to the guest's arrival.
- Customer Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for parents and party organizers, addressing any requests or needs.
3. Front Desk / CashierThe first point of contact for guests entering the park.
- Check-in Process: Process ticket sales, manage waivers (a critical safety/legal step), and distribute jump socks.
- Customer Service: Answer incoming phone calls, answer questions about park pricing and hours, and resolve minor guest issues.
4. Big Eats Café StaffHandles the food and beverage operations inside the park.
- Food Prep & Service: Prepare pizzas, snacks, and drinks.
- Cash Handling: Operate POS systems to process food and beverage orders.
- Cleanliness: Keep the dining and kitchen areas sanitary and compliant with health codes.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift moderate to heavy objects for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment, including bending, twisting, and reaching
Working Conditions:
- Work is primarily indoors in a climate-controlled environment
- May be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
