Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee mission-critical federal programs upon contract award. The Deputy Program Manager to support and lead day-to-day program operations, ensuring seamless execution and continuity in the Program Manager's absence. This role focuses on team coordination, performance tracking, reporting, and compliance within a fast-paced federal environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
Act as the Program Manager backup, ensuring uninterrupted program execution

Manage daily team coordination, schedules, and action item tracking

Prepare and deliver status reports, PMR presentations, and executive briefings

Track and report KPIs and SLA metrics (SS-1 to SS-23)

Oversee staffing activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and clearance verification

Coordinate transition activities aligned with PWS requirements

Support quality management processes, including audits and corrective action plans (CAPs)
Skills Required:-
Must possess an active secret clearance.

Strong experience in project/program management, preferably in federal/DoD programs

Excellent coordination, scheduling, and reporting skills

Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, and ServiceNow

Solid understanding of KPI tracking, SLA management, and performance reporting

Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
-
Experience in staffing coordination and security clearance processes

Familiarity with quality management frameworks and audit processes

Ability to work in classified environments

PMP or CAPM certification is required
Preferred Certifications:-
Active TS/SCI Clearance

DoD 8570/8140 IAM Level I (Security+, CAP, or equivalent)
- ITIL 4 Foundation certification
- Agile certification (CSM, SAFe, or equivalent)
