Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.

Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment

BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Minimum of 1 year of skilled nursing facility experience required.

California occupational therapist license required.

Hepatitis B required.
