Job Description
Blow Mold Production Associate trims, inspects, and regrinds blow molded tanks in a safe and efficient manner to achieve production and quality goals. Additional reporting responsibility to Operator, Coordinator, and Assistant Manager.
Essential Functions
- Trims the flashing from the tanks.
- Inspects tank bodies to ensure good products to our customers.
- Cuts and regrinds tanks to reduce scrap.
- Performs good clean-up and 5S.
- Inspects and measures tanks to verify and record conformance to specifications.
- Understands and takes appropriate action when non-conformance occurs.
- Adheres to policies and procedures as set forth by HR, EHS, and Senior Managers.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Any previous experience working in a manufacturing environment, is a plus.

- Exposure to excessive heat from the manufacturing process.
- Exposure to excessive noise levels requires hearing protection.
- Requires long periods of time standing, bending, walking, and climbing stairs.

- May be required to lift up to 50lbs on an occasional basis.
- Requires reaching and handling.
Work Environment
The work environment characteristics here are representative of those an associate encounters while performing the essential functions of the job.
- Protective eyewear, including side-shields must be worn at all times in the plant.
- Hearing Protection must be worn in the Blow Mold Department at all times.
- Steel-toed shoes must be worn at all times in the plant.
- Other PPE as determined by job requirements.
- Primary environment: cold or warm temperatures according to outside weather conditions.
- Regular shifts are 40 hours per week. Overtime as required to meet the needs of production.
Note: The company has a mandatory overtime policy that may include Saturday, Sunday, and Holiday work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.89 - $21.44 per hour
