We are seeking experienced Medical Surgical Registered Nurses (RN) for a long-term correctional healthcare assignment in Alden, NY.
Pay:
Local: $2,069/week ($55.17/hr)
Travel: $2,312/week ($61.65/hr)
Assignment Details:
13-week contract with the possibility of extension up to 2 years.
37.5 hours per week.
All shifts available:
- Days: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Evenings: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Nights: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care including patient assessments, medication administration, health education, restorative and palliative care, and implementation of physician-directed treatment plans while maintaining high standards of patient care in a correctional setting.
Requirements:
- Active New York RN License
- Minimum 1 year of Medical Surgical RN experience
- Correctional experience preferred but not required
- Ability to obtain New York State clearance
