Qualifications
- Proven experience in truck driving, including delivery driver experience with freight handling.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with endorsements suitable for operating tractor-trailers or specialized trucks such as refrigerated trailers or tankers.
- Skilled in driving manual transmission vehicles with a strong understanding of vehicle controls.
- Knowledge of various truck types including flatbed, tanker, dump truck, roll-off truck, and refrigerated trailers.
- Ability to load & unload cargo safely using equipment like forklifts when applicable.
- Familiarity with route driving strategies to optimize delivery schedules while maintaining safety standards.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols, vehicle maintenance routines, and regulatory compliance.
