Responsibilities-
Configure and calibrate machinery to ensure optimal performance and output quality.

Execute frequent equipment changeovers, which involves lifting and positioning materials weighing up to 75 pounds.

Monitor production runs to maintain high standards of efficiency and precision.

Participate in cross-training opportunities, including material handling and crane operation for paper roll loading.

Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot mechanical issues and maintain workflow consistency.
Qualifications-
