Legrand has an exciting opportunity for an HR Manager to join the Data Center Power and Control Division Team in Anaheim, CA. The HR Manager is responsible for providing HR business partnership and thought leadership while managing all human resources activities for the site, supporting business goals for increased growth and supporting employees and leaders in all areas of HR.

Maintain positive employee relations with salaried and hourly workforce by counseling, mentoring, and problem solving with management and associates on matters of discipline, motivation, compensation, development, or other factors affecting job success.

Respond to employee requests for information on HR related matters.

Assist with the development of policies, practices and procedures as it relates to Human Resources and communicate effectively to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.

Oversee all areas of HR responsibilities to ensure they are compliant with all federal, state, and local regulations.

Deploy and manage workforce planning to align with business strategy and collaborate with talent acquisition partners to fill open positions.

Collaborate with divisional HR team to enhance employee experience efforts and ensure employees are effectively assimilated into the business through orientation, deploying new leader assimilation process and partnering with managers to develop a robust development and training plan.

Champion the performance management process by monitoring activity to ensure each component is completed on a timely basis.

Coach managers on conducting meaningful goal setting, development and performance feedback discussions, assists with crafting a clear and defensible message to employees with performance related issues.

Manage the performance and development of direct reports.

Education:
-
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field of study.
Experience:
-
8+ years of progressive HR experience is required, with at least 2 years in a Business Partnership role is required.

Manufacturing experience is preferred.

Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.

Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
Salary Range: $120,000-$135,000/annually
