## Overview
We are seeking a Crew Leader for our team. Our ideal candidate will have to have the skills of leadership and perseverance. They will need to be able to guide our team accordingly. This employee will be immediately trained in lawn care and landscaping business.
## Duties
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must have a driver's license
- Showcase leadership skills
- Correct mistakes in a fashionable manner
- Have great communication skills in order to speak with customers
- Provide guidance and mentorship to crew members for skill development
### Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Previous work in the lawncare and landscaping business
- Ability to operate heavy landscaping machines
