What You'll Do
As an Entry-Level Administrative/Financial Coordinator, you'll help keep our office running smoothly by assisting with a variety of administrative and financial support tasks, including:
- Answering phones and assisting clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Managing office workflow and daily administrative tasks
- Data entry and maintaining accurate electronic records
- Assisting with filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Helping with basic bookkeeping tasks, including entering vendor invoices, tracking expenses, and reconciling financial records
- Using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) to support daily operations
- Providing general support to attorneys and staff
- Performing other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or office experience is a plus—but absolutely not required

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. We also offer a flexible schedule and are happy to discuss start/end times that work for both you and our team.
Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour (DOE)
