Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced HIGH END Painter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering top-quality painting services across residential and commercial projects. Your expertise will help transform spaces through precise surface preparation, expert application of coatings, and highly meticulous attention to detail. Duties
- Prepare surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, sanding, caulking, plastering, and applying primers to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality.
- Execute a wide range of painting tasks including brush painting, roller painting, spray painting (conventional and airless), and specialized industrial coatings.
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately determine project scope and specifications.
- Use hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, ladders, and scaffolding safely to reach high or difficult areas while maintaining strict adherence to safety regulations.
- Apply coatings on various surfaces such as drywall, stucco, masonry, concrete, metal fixtures, and structural components with precision.
- Perform surface preparation for renovation projects by removing old paint or wallpaper and repairing damaged surfaces to meet project standards.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials efficiently while following safety protocols including respiratory protection and hazard awareness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a professional painter with expertise in residential, commercial, and industrial painting projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and surface preparation techniques.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools (including airless paint sprayers), and spray equipment for efficient application.
- Familiarity with safety regulations related to construction painting environments; committed to safety protocol adherence at all times.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately and perform basic math calculations related to measurements and material estimations.
- Experience with specialty techniques such as coating application on structural surfaces or restoration projects is a plus.
- Additional skills in carpentry (trim carpentry or frame work), caulking, plastering, masonry, welding or handyman experience are advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $17.00 - $32.00 per hour
