We have the perfect opportunity for you to join our team! We’re currently seeking candidates for the position of ABA therapist/Personal Care Assistant who are eager, outgoing, and passionate about making a difference through supporting and teaching adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. The primary goal of Positive Solutions and Consultation, LLC. is to provide high quality services to adults with ASD, through ABA (applied behavior analysis) interventions, supports, and treatment. With this position, you’ll be working closely with families, care providers, and other professionals providing in-home, day program, and community settings implementing programs established by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
This position provides assistance with personal care to adults at home, as well as, vocational and community settings.

Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
High diploma required, a Bachelor's degree in Education, ABA, Psychology, or a related field (preferred)
Must be willing and able to complete training online
Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have personal means of transportation with a reliable, insured vehicle, and proof of driver's license
Must demonstrate excellent time management skills
Must be willing and able to work with a collaborative team of professionals with the drive to achieve positive outcomes for our clients
Must be at ease working with children and adults with developmental disabilities
License and/or certifications:
A Driver’s license, and a reliable, insured vehicle
CPR certification, within the first 30 days of hire
RBT credential within the first 90 days of hire
Physical requirements: The ability to safely lift up to 30lbs., and ability to safely transfer from a sitting position to standing, stamina to walk or stand for at least 60 minutes.

Job Type: Full time and part time positions available

Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
