Position Summary
Promotive is hiring an experienced A Level or strong B+ Automotive Technician for a well-established, family-run shop in Conshohocken, PA. This is a Monday-Friday opportunity with no weekends, competitive compensation, excellent benefits, and the ability to earn well into six figures.

Key Responsibilities

Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on domestic, Asian, and European vehicles

Complete Pennsylvania State Safety Inspections and Emissions Inspections

Diagnose and repair brake, steering, suspension, electrical, HVAC, and drivetrain systems

Maintain productivity while delivering high-quality repairs

Assist and mentor junior technicians when needed

Communicate effectively with the Service Manager regarding repair recommendations and job progress

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area

Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology
Qualifications

5+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician

Dealership or Independent shop experience required

PA Safety Inspection License (Required)

PA Emissions License (Required)

ASE Certifications preferred

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities

Proven success in a flat-rate environment

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture

Leadership mindset with a willingness to help develop junior technicians

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Must pass a background check and drug screen
