We’re hiring a
Junior Graphic Designer to join the Brand Design Group, our in-house team responsible for how F+S shows up across a wide-range of contexts. This role is for a designer who wants to develop range, to work across formats, sharpen craft under direct mentorship, and contribute to a brand whose work is visible in built environments around the world.

Design layouts for print and digital communications: email campaigns, web assets, brochures, sales collateral, and internal templates

Apply layout, typography, and visual hierarchy with care, maintaining consistency across every touchpoint

Support requests from sales, marketing, and product teams while keeping the visual system coherent

Continuously evolve the visual identity to keep it relevant, identifiable, and authentic to our core values

Contribute to the design of web pages, digital interfaces, and component-based systems in Figma
-
Build layouts and prototypes that balance brand expression with real usability

Develop 2D motion graphics for web, social, and presentation contexts

Help translate campaign concepts into cohesive visual narratives across formats

A portfolio showing conceptual thinking and visual consistency across print, digital, and motion

Solid command of layout, composition, grid systems, and typography

Working knowledge of UX/UI fundamentals

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma

2D motion design skills demonstrated in your portfolio

Genuine curiosity about AI in design workflows and a desire to integrate tools like Claude into day-to-day practice

A collaborative working style, openness to direct feedback, and clear ambition to grow and learn

BA or BFA in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or equivalent demonstrated experience

3D motion design experience

Familiarity with component-based design systems

Exposure to manufacturing, industrial design, or architectural product contexts

Existing experience using LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) for creative or production work

Direct mentorship from the Creative Lead and the broader Brand Design Group

Exposure to the full arc of in-house work: brand systems, product launches, web builds, campaigns, and custom design tools
