community with quality products and exceptional customer service. We're looking for a
dependable, customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team.
This is more than just a driving job. Our Delivery Drivers are responsible for picking
customer orders, building pallets, loading trucks, and delivering products safely and
professionally. If you enjoy staying active, providing outstanding customer service, and

What You'll Do
As a Delivery Driver, you'll play an important role in ensuring customers receive the right
products on time and in excellent condition. From selecting products in our warehouse
to making deliveries throughout the San Diego area, you'll be a key part of the customer
experience.
Responsibilities include:
Pick customer orders accurately while ensuring product quality and freshness.
Build, organize, and secure pallets for safe transportation.
Load and unload delivery trucks using safe lifting techniques and warehouse
equipment.
Deliver customer orders safely, accurately, and on schedule.
Review deliveries with customers to ensure complete and accurate orders.
Provide friendly, professional customer service during every delivery.
Follow assigned delivery routes while complying with all traffic laws and company
driving policies.
Perform daily vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance or safety
concerns.
Keep delivery vehicles clean, organized, and well maintained.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
Assist with warehouse, stocking, and other operational duties as business needs
require.

Preferred Qualifications
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required).
At least one year of delivery driving, warehouse, grocery, or similar experience
preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to read and write in English.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Experience with inventory systems is a plus.
Knowledge of food safety practices is preferred.
Physical Requirements
This is a physically active position that requires team members to:
Stand and walk throughout an 8-hour shift.
Frequently bend, lift, reach, kneel, and crouch.
Lift up to 100 pounds as needed.
Load and unload products throughout the day.
Work in warehouse, refrigerated, freezer, and outdoor delivery environments.
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including steel-toe, slip-
resistant shoes.
