The Maintenance Associate Senior will be responsible for ensuring the buiding and surrounding facilities remain safe, clean, operational, and well-maintained.
Required:
- Mechanical aptitude with something to show for it — automotive, diesel, farm equipment, HVAC, machine shop, trade school, military maintenance, or similar hands-on background
- Comfortable with common hand tools
- Able to communicate clearly in English, verbally and in writing: describe equipment faults and symptoms to engineers, supervisors, and vendor support, understand verbal safety instructions, and document issues in work orders
- Basic computer comfort — can use a laptop to open a web interface and read error logs. Not an IT role, but someone who won't touch software can't do this job.
- Can read and follow written procedures and complete work orders accurately
- Physically able to stand a full shift, climb, lift up to 50 lbs, reach into equipment
- Available for the posted shift, including nights, weekends, and holiday coverage
- Solid attendance record
