About the Role
Spark Services USA is a professional parking operations company operating across multiple locations. We're looking for a reliable, customer-focused parking attendant to join our team at our downtown Boston garage. You'll be the face of the facility — helping parkers in and out smoothly, moving vehicles as needed, and keeping the space clean, safe, and professional.
Responsibilities
Parker Interaction
- Greet parkers and provide friendly, helpful assistance as they enter and exit the facility
- Answer basic questions, provide directions, and escalate any issues to the appropriate team member
Facility Maintenance (Primary)
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the garage at all times
- Conduct regular walkthroughs of all levels to pick up trash, debris, and litter
- Empty trash receptacles throughout the facility and replace liners
- Sweep and blow out driving lanes, parking bays, and pedestrian areas
- Operate a floor scrubber machine to clean garage decks on a regular schedule
- Pressure wash stairwells, elevator lobbies, walls, and high-traffic areas as needed
- Report any damage, graffiti, equipment issues, or safety hazards to the operations team
- Represent Spark Services professionally at all times
Requirements
- Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently on-site
- Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor
- Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in parking, hospitality, or a customer-facing role
Compensation & Details
- Pay: $21–$22 per hour (based on experience)
- Employment type: Full-time, and Part-Time, W-2
- Location: Boston, MA (on-site)
Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
