The Center Manager leads a team of dedicated part-time employees in providing the utmost in care and service to our students. This individual will create a rapport with parents during conferences, promote our services through school and business contacts, and deliver the finest supplemental services available to students anywhere in the United States.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Recruit and enroll new students into the center
- Administer initial evaluations and assist new students
- Conduct initial and monthly follow up conferences with parents
- Assess and monitor student progress, carefully managing their individual programs of instruction
- Meet with school teachers and other associated officials
- Hire, train, supervise and motivate full and part-time staff
- Meet revenue, operational and marketing goals at the center
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Take inquiry phone calls from concerned parents
- Participate in marketing, community and school-based outreach efforts

Successful candidates will also have the ability to diagnose key indicators of their overall success, and are considered stakeholders in the business as they are responsible for the financial health and overall success of the Center. In turn, Center Managers are compensated with a base salary commensurate with experience and ability, performance bonuses, 401k matching, Paid Time Off, Holidays, plus initial and on-going training and support.

- Excellent multi-tasking skills and thrives in a fast paced environment
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years’ experience in one or more of the following areas: Leadership, Management, and/or Sales/Customer Service
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- A professional appearance and demeanor, consummate people skills and demonstrable talent at interacting effectively with all types of people, the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships and ability to handle customer concerns in a calm and positive manner
- A strong desire to work with children in a positive, team-oriented environment and a strong commitment to help children succeed academically
- The ability to be detail oriented, a high level of organization and ability to multi-task
- Ability to deliver presentations
- Evening and Saturday availability
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
