Licensed Electrician? Tired of Your Pay Being the Same No Matter How Much You Produce?
Spark Shark Electric is growing, and we're looking for an Oklahoma-licensed Journeyman Electrician who knows residential service, takes pride in doing things right, and wants the opportunity to earn more when they produce more.
This is NOT new construction.
You'll work directly with homeowners throughout the OKC metro—diagnosing electrical problems, providing solutions, completing installations, and managing your jobs from start to finish.
If you're a strong electrician who can think for yourself, communicate with customers, and take ownership of your work, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose residential electrical problems and provide homeowners with solutions
- Perform safe, clean, code-compliant repairs and installations
- Communicate options clearly and professionally with customers
- Manage your jobs from diagnosis through completion
- Keep customers and the office informed throughout the job
- Maintain clean, professional work areas
- Deliver workmanship you're proud to put your name on
- Help create the kind of customer experience that generates repeat business and referrals
How You'll Get Paid
Training: $24/hour
Your first two weeks are paid hourly while you learn our pricing, software, processes, and expectations. We want you comfortable with our system before moving into performance pay.
After training: Uncapped performance-based pay
Your earnings are tied directly to the gross profit of the work you complete. There is no earnings cap and no minimum quota you have to clear before earning performance pay.
Examples of annual earning pace based on completed weekly production:
- $7,500/week completed → approximately $70,000/year
- $10,000/week completed → approximately $101,000/year
- $12,500/week completed → approximately $132,000/year
The more quality work you successfully complete, the more you have the opportunity to earn.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Active Oklahoma Residential Journeyman OR Unlimited Journeyman Electrical License
- Valid driver's license
- Personal hand tools
- Ability to work independently and professionally
Preferred:
- 2+ years of residential electrical service experience
- Experience working directly with homeowners
- Experience with commission, performance pay, or production-based compensation
