Management Consultant
Praxisphere is currently seeking a Management Consultant. Candidate must have excellent business consulting experience and a between technical, business and project management skills. Candidate must demonstrate project experience covering a broad business base, complemented with a concentration in several of the following disciplines: financial budgeting/planning, financial analysis, transactional accounting, financial reporting, shared service, process management, project management, performance management, or business strategy. Candidate must have delivery and project management experience with business process analysis and/or financial systems implementation.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Finance functional experience 10 years required including planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, consolidation, accounting transactional processes (AP, AR, GL, accounting close)
- Management consulting and client relationship experience
- Complex project management
- Communication skills (presentations, one on one, etc.)
- Leadership skills and experience
- Performance management (balanced scorecard, strategy development, metrics, management reporting)
- System implementation skills (financial systems, data warehouse, business intelligence)
