The Country Club of Virginia is seeking experienced, service-focused Hosts/Hostesses to join its Food & Beverage operations. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a premier hospitality operation as it enters an exciting new chapter!
Schedule: Part-time, Tuesday-Sunday, 3-5 shifts a week, approximately 15-25 hours per week
Shift Times: 4:30 PM - 9:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:

Greet members and guests warmly and professionally upon arrival

Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating assignments using established protocols

Coordinate with dining room and service staff to ensure smooth seating flow and timely table turns

Answer phones, confirm reservations, and provide information about dining venues and Club events

Maintain the appearance and organization of the host stand and entry area

Deliver an elevated, welcoming experience with grace, efficiency, and attention to detail
Qualifications:

Previous host/hostess experience in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or private club preferred

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Professional demeanor and appearance

Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Familiarity with reservation or POS systems a plus
