Booth Manager
Pay: $22–$25 per hour

Waterfront Marina is seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing, and sales-driven Booth Manager to lead daily booth operations while helping create the welcoming, team-oriented atmosphere that makes our marina a special place for guests, customers, and staff.

Seasonal Schedule
This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of our marina operations throughout multiple seasons:
- Shoulder Season: April 1 – June 1 and September 1 – October 26
- Main Season: June 1 – August 31
- Off-Season Opportunities Available for qualified team members interested in continued employment and growth within the organization.

Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the marina booth.
- Engage with customers in a friendly, energetic, and professional manner.
- Drive sales by actively promoting products and creating a positive customer experience.
- Recruit, hire, schedule, develop, and retain booth staff while fostering a positive, team-oriented workplace culture.
- Train, supervise, coach, and support team members to ensure excellence in customer service and operational performance.
- Develop and implement ongoing training programs to improve product knowledge, sales skills, safety awareness, and customer service standards.
- Ensure the booth is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and restocking.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Support marina operations as needed, including assisting the boat crew and helping with cruise docking activities.
- Collaborate with all marina departments to ensure guests receive outstanding service throughout their visit.
- Lead by example and actively promote the values, culture, and service standards of Waterfront Marina.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, sales, customer service, or management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, hiring, coaching, and communication skills.
- Outgoing personality with a passion for connecting with people and driving sales.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and results-oriented.
- Team player who embraces the culture and values of Waterfront Marina.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light-to-moderate lifting as needed.
