General Description:The Lifelong Music Academy is seeking a highly organized and professional Program Coordinator. This pivotal role provides comprehensive administrative support to the department, ensuring the seamless operation of our Private Music Lesson program. Key responsibilities include student scheduling, attendance tracking, and maintaining a welcoming environment for our musical community.
Primary Responsibilities:-
Oversee the scheduling and daily logistics of the Private Music Lesson program.

Monitor and accurately record student and instructor attendance on a daily basis.

Coordinate and document all instructor and student absences and make-up sessions.

Serve as the primary point of contact for students, families, and faculty regarding schedule adjustments and program updates.

Manage daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, phone inquiries, and classroom preparation.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.

Demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service across multiple platforms.

Proficiency in Google Workspace applications, including Docs, Sheets, and Gmail.

Proven adaptability and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.

Must successfully pass Criminal Offender (CORI) background check and national fingerprinting screening (CHRI)
