Minimum of five years successful teaching, administrative and/or supervisory experience, is preferred

Primary/Secondary building-level experience

Recognized instructional leadership with demonstrated expertise in partnering with others to elevate the level of instruction and improve achievement

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and human relations skills

Demonstrates experience working with students, parents, staff, and administrators

Demonstrates experience working with diverse learners

Experience using technology as both a management and instructional tool

Evaluates teaching effectiveness based on student achievement
