Our busy boarding facility is seeking part time and full time assistants to join our team!
You will be responsible for the overall care and well-being of the animals in our facility.
Responsibilities include:
Handle general care tasks such as watering, feeding and medicating.
Keep records of feedings, medications, and other updates.
Engage in play activity and exercise of animals.
Maintain a healthy and clean environment for all animals- this includes pressure washing, sweeping/mopping, etc.
Comfortable with all animals of various breeds.
Previous experience working with animals is a plus, but not a requirement.
Sign- on bonus of $250 after 90 days of employment.
Qualifications
- Previous kennel experience and animal handling skills
- Knowledge of basic pet needs
- Strong customer service skills and ability to perform heavy lifting
