A reputable mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead mid-to-large-scale HVAC and plumbing projects throughout the region.
The successful candidate will manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, with a particular focus on government and healthcare facilities.
Manage mechanical construction projects from award through completion.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and manpower planning.
Lead client meetings and maintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors, and subcontractors.
Coordinate HVAC and plumbing installations with field teams.
Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Experience managing mechanical construction projects.
Strong background in HVAC and plumbing systems.
Government and/or healthcare project experience preferred.
Ability to lead multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
Strong financial and operational management skills.
