Compensation: $16–$18/hour PLUS pooled tips

About Us
The Milkshake Factory is bringing handcrafted milkshakes, premium chocolates, and unforgettable guest experiences to Bradenton, FL in early November. This location is part of a growing Southwest Florida expansion, with multiple future locations planned by our ownership group — creating real opportunities for advancement and long-term growth.
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and dependable Assistant Manager to help lead operations at our brand-new Bradenton location. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow with an expanding company.
No dessert or specialty food experience is required. We’re looking for strong leadership qualities, energy, reliability, and a commitment to delivering a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and shift leadership
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Help train and motivate team members
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Assist with inventory and operational procedures
- Help build a strong and positive team culture
Qualifications
- Prior leadership, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, organized, and able to multitask
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must be available to work Sundays
- Evening and weekend availability preferred
