Key Responsibilities

Provide a clean, friendly, and well-stocked experience for every customer

Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems and handle all payment methods

Comply with state laws when transacting beer purchases

Balance cash drawers at shift start and end

Process exchanges and refunds according to company policy

Maintain a tidy checkout area and assist with stocking and labeling merchandise

Serve as first responder to customer complaints

Train new crew members and perform other assigned duties

Work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
Qualifications & Skills

Excellent listening and clear communication skills to meet customer needs

Mastery of POS functions and basic math skills

Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Physically able to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform light cleaning and maintenance

High School Diploma or GED preferred

Previous cashier or retail experience is a plus
