LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Litigation Paralegal to join a respected law firm in Tampa, Florida. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced litigation paralegal to join a dynamic legal team and play a key role in managing complex commercial litigation matters throughout all stages of the case lifecycle.
Responsibilities-
Support attorneys in all phases of business and commercial litigation matters

Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and correspondence

Manage case files and maintain litigation deadlines
-
Assist with document review, production, and organization of case materials
-
Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
-
Conduct legal research and factual investigations as needed
-
Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and third-party vendors
-
Prepare exhibits, witness files, and trial binders
Qualifications-
3+ years of business, commercial, or complex litigation paralegal experience
-
Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures
-
Experience managing cases from inception through trial

Proficiency with e-filing in Florida courts
-
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
-
Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and work independently

Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Paralegal certificate preferred but not required
