American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Oncology/Med-Surg position at a short-term acute care hospital in Washington State, requiring oncology experience and Epic proficiency on night shifts.

Work in the Oncology unit (3rd Floor Tower) of a 325-bed short-term acute care hospital
-
Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 19:00–07:30

Oncology patient population

Charting via Epic (experience required)

Floating between all facilities within the state is expected

Active WA state or compact RN license required at time of consideration

Minimum 1 year of oncology experience required

Current BLS certification required
-
Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification preferred but not required

Epic EMR experience required
-
3+ years of Med/Surg experience preferred

At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting

Full SSN and DOB required for consideration

First-time travelers are welcome to apply

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for a travel contract

Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must also reside more than 50 miles from the facility

Refusal to float between facilities within the state may result in assignment termination

All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront; minimal RTO is strongly preferred

Any prior work history at a Providence facility (travel, permanent, or per-diem) must be disclosed, including location and dates
