Core Responsibilities
- Advanced Hair Artistry: Execute precision cuts, advanced hair coloring (including balayage and highlights), and custom retexturing services (Keratin, Brazilian treatments, relaxers, and perms).
- Specialized Care: Provide expert luxury hair extensions and targeted hair loss/scalp restoration treatments.
- Multicultural Styling: Deliver professional care tailored to a wide range of hair textures.
- Luxury Client Consultation: Listen deeply to client expectations, analyze hair/scalp conditions, and design customized treatment plans.
- Station Maintenance: Keep an immaculate, fully sanitized workstation that respects Georgia State Board safety standards.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a positive, welcoming environment true to our studio motto: "All shades welcome, but no shade allowed."
Qualifications
- Licensure: Active Georgia State Board Master Cosmetologist License.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional salon experience preferred, with a strong foundation in color, extensions, or texture work. We encourage everyone with a Active license to apply even newly licensed individuals.
- Technical Versatility: Deep understanding of multicultural hair textures and diverse styling methods.
- Client-First Mindset: Outstanding communication skills, professional demeanor, and a passion for elite client care.
