The 100 Collection™ is looking for an analytical and creative SEO Specialist to help us grow our organic presence across search.
This role includes completely owning content strategy and technical performance. You'll work closely with writers, AI, VAs, technology, our content curator, and our Sales & Marketing director to ensure every page, post, and destination feature is built to rank and convert.
Responsibilities:
- Own on-page and technical SEO across the full site with SEO audits, solutions, and ongoing optimization
- Conduct continuous and comprehensive keyword research, build content strategies that align with search intent, and develop effective prompts for AI search engines
- Collaborate with the social media, technology, and brand team to optimize existing website and revamps
- Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and conversions and come up with strategies to improve traffic and conversions over time
- Track and report on key performance metrics including traffic, rankings, engagement, and conversion rates
- Build and execute a link-building and authority strategy for destination pages and brand
- Stay current on algorithm updates, GEO, and SEO best practices
- Audit existing content and freshen outdated or stale pages with new content in order to adhere to new ranking factors and in order to boost organic rankings
What You Bring:
Required:
- Proven expertise in SEO with a strong understanding of best practices and current algorithms, including GEO trends.
- Strong proficiency with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and GA4
- Strong understanding of technical SEO: Core Web Vitals, schema markup, crawlability, broken links, 404 errors, redirect chains, etc
- Experience developing and executing content strategies tied to keyword research and traffic goals
- Extremely comfortable with data with the ability to pull insights from analytics and translate them into key actions
- Strong written communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally across multiple departments
- Working knowledge of UX/UI principles and how site experience affects conversion and retention
- Working knowledge of CMS platforms — comfortable navigating and implementing changes in WordPress, Sanity.io, or similar systems
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot and GoHighLevel, including how they connect to marketing and lead tracking workflows

- Experience in travel, hospitality, or short-term rentals

Pay: $58,907.01 - $70,941.77 per year
