We provide in-home mobile outpatient therapy services (Medicare Part B)—allowing you to focus on quality care without the burden of OASIS documentation or homebound restrictions.

Position Details:
Job Type: PRN
Pay: $80 per hour
Location: In person
Responsibilities:
Perform occupational therapy evaluations and treatments
Develop and update individualized Plan of Care
Address ADLs, functional mobility, safety, and independence
Provide patient and caregiver education
Maintain timely, Medicare-compliant documentation
Requirements:
Active Occupational Therapist license in Texas
Reliable transportation to travel between patient homes
Strong clinical and communication skills
Preferred (but not required):
Experience with Medicare Part B
Experience in home-based or geriatric care
