- Facilitate communication between clients, agents, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure clarity and timely updates.
- Conduct research on property laws, fair housing regulations, and local market trends to support informed decision-making.
- Organize property management documents, lease agreements, and transaction files in accordance with legal standards.
- Assist with negotiation processes by preparing offers and counteroffers under supervision to help close deals efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate administration or property management is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills—bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus!
